Terms and Conditions for Mini Movers Dance by Teach Dance Ltd

  1. Introduction

Welcome to the Mini Movers Dance programme offered by Teach Dance Ltd. These terms govern your participation in the Initial Training Course and the ongoing subscription necessary to teach Mini Movers Dance.

  1. Description of Services

The Mini Movers Dance programme includes:

  • Initial Training Course: A prerequisite training course that all teachers must complete and be certified in by Teach Dance Ltd. Only upon successful completion and certification can teachers proceed to subscribe for the ongoing licence to teach Mini Movers Dance.

  • Ongoing Subscription: After certification, teachers must purchase an ongoing subscription, which provides the licence to teach Mini Movers Dance, access to the logo, teaching materials, dance routines, quarterly updates, and membership in the Mini Movers Dance group on Teach.Dance.

  1. Subscription Fee and Payment
  • Initial Training Course Fee: A one-time, non-refundable fee for the training course. Certification by Teach Dance Ltd is mandatory before subscribing to teach Mini Movers Dance.

  • Ongoing Subscription Fee: Subscriptions are per individual and non-transferable. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis and can be cancelled at any time. The school subscription covers up to four dance teachers, all of whom must have completed the Initial Training Course.

  • School Subscription Changes: The owner of the school subscription may change the teachers included in their subscription, provided the new teachers have completed the Initial Training Course. Changes are allowed once every six months.

  • Payment Collection: Fees are automatically collected via Stripe. Failure to maintain sufficient funds may result in immediate cancellation of the subscription and loss of teaching rights.

  1. User Responsibilities

Subscribers must:

  • Complete and be certified in the Initial Training Course before teaching Mini Movers Dance.

  • Maintain an active subscription to legally teach Mini Movers Dance. Without a valid subscription, teaching the programme is prohibited.

  • Use the Mini Movers logo and materials in accordance with Teach Dance Ltd’s guidelines.

  • Adhere to high standards of conduct in their classes and comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

  1. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided in the Mini Movers Dance programme, including the logo, remains the intellectual property of Teach Dance Ltd. The licence to use this content is granted only with an active subscription and is immediately revoked upon cancellation or termination of the subscription.

  • Guidelines for Use: The Mini Movers Dance logo must not be altered in any way and must be displayed in accordance with the branding guidelines provided upon subscription. Any misuse or unauthorised reproduction of the logo, materials, or course content will be considered a breach of these terms and may result in immediate termination of the subscription.
  1. Refund and Cancellation Policy
  • Initial Training Course Fee: Non-refundable.

  • Subscription Cancellation: Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, with immediate cessation of teaching rights and access to all Mini Movers Dance materials upon cancellation. All Mini Movers Dance classes must cease immediately, logos must be removed from all materials and platforms, and any content stored using Mini Movers Dance assets must be deleted. Teachers will also lose access to updates and new content upon termination.

  1. Renewal, Termination, and Breach of Contract
  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled.

  • Termination by Teach Dance Ltd: Teach Dance Ltd reserves the right to terminate any subscription for breach of these terms or non-payment, with immediate cessation of all course and branding rights.

  • Examples of Breach: Breaches of contract may include, but are not limited to, unauthorised sharing or reproduction of course materials, failure to adhere to usage guidelines, or any action that damages the integrity or reputation of Teach Dance Ltd. In the event of a breach, the subscriber will be notified and given 7 days to rectify the issue before their subscription is cancelled.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Teach Dance Ltd is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of Mini Movers Dance content or the conduct of classes.

  1. Data Protection and Privacy

Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Teach Dance Ltd Privacy Policy, ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws.

  1. Compliance with Laws

Subscribers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in their use of the Mini Movers Dance programme.

  1. Changes to Course Content

Teach Dance Ltd may modify course content, teaching materials, and subscription services as necessary to ensure the quality and relevance of the Mini Movers Dance programme.

  • Notification of Changes: Significant changes to course content that affect the core structure of the programme will be communicated to subscribers at least 30 days in advance. Minor updates or improvements may be made without prior notice.
  1. School Subscription Owner Responsibilities
  • Record Maintenance: The owner of the school subscription is responsible for maintaining accurate records of certified teachers under their subscription and ensuring that all teachers comply with these terms.

  • Process for Changing Teachers: Changes to the teachers covered under a school subscription can be made once every six months. New teachers added to the subscription must have completed the Initial Training Course.

  1. Marketing and Promotional Rights

By subscribing, you grant Teach Dance Ltd the right to use your name, likeness, and testimonials for promotional purposes. This includes the use of photos, videos, and quotes provided by you or obtained during your participation in the Mini Movers Dance programme.

  1. Indemnification

Subscribers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Teach Dance Ltd from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to their use of the Mini Movers Dance programme or their breach of these terms.

  1. Right to Modify Terms

Teach Dance Ltd reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the Mini Movers Dance programme constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

  1. Governing Law

These terms are governed by UK law and subject to the jurisdiction of UK courts.
