BDSA – Notice of Annual General Meeting

Notice of the Annual General Meeting of the British DanceSport Association to be held at Newcastle Racecourse, High Gosforth Park, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE3 5HP on 14th of March 2025 at 10 am is set out in this letter.

All current members and lifetime members of the British DanceSport Association are welcome to attend the Annual General Meeting, and those voting members can vote on matters discussed at the Annual General Meeting.

Any questions on the business of the Annual General Meeting should be notified by email to the Chair of the British DanceSport Association chair@bdsassociation.com by 5pm on the 3rd of March 2025 to enable a full response to be given at the meeting.

The British DanceSport Association requests that all members inform the Chair of their attendance at the AGM by sending a completed attendance notice to chair@bdsassociation.com no later than 5pm on the 12th of March 2025.

The British DanceSport Association’s financial statement and reports will be available on the website after the Annual General Meeting.

• Financial reports for the year ending 31st December 2024

• Appointment of Directors

• Edits to the Memorandum and Articles of Association, if any

VOTING AT THE AGM

Only the votes of those members who attend the AGM in person on the 14th of March will be considered. For this meeting, there will be no electronic voting, postal voting or voting by proxy.
